Two armed men arrived near the venue and opened fire on the crowd, triggering panic as attendees fled in all directions.

A civilian, later identified as Ahmed Al Ahmed (43), was captured on video running from behind one of the attackers, disarming him of a rifle and forcing him to the ground.
